PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a content preparer to quickly perform transmission in an Web application having a comment function and to make it possible to transparently reply without regard to whether it is an IM message or a comment of the Web application. SOLUTION: An IM interlocked comment system has: an IM server; an application server which comprises an IM message transmission section which establishes XMPP connection with the IM server and transmits a comment as an IM message, an IM message receiving section which receives a reply IM message from the IM server, and a transmission log which stores transmission to the IM server, while carrying a Web application including a content management section, a comment management section and a content database; and a terminal device which is connected with an IM client which performs transmission and reception of the IM message in real time and the application server, and carries a browser for performing creation of content and contribution of comments by the Web application.
