An anti-glare film comprises a substrate film comprising a cycloolefinic polymer, an anti-glare layer, and an adhesive layer formed between the substrate film and the anti-glare layer. In the anti-glare film, the adhesive layer is (A-1) a cured layer of (A-2) a curable composition containing at least (A-3) a curable component selected from the group consisting of a mono- or di(meth)acrylate having an alicyclic hydrocarbon ring and a mono- or di(meth)acrylate having a crosslinked cyclic hydrocarbon ring; the anti-glare layer is (B-1) a cured layer of (B-2) a curable resin composition and has a phase separation structure and an uneven surface structure, and the curable resin composition (B-2) comprises a plurality of components being capable of phase separation and containing at least (B-3) a curable component.
