PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small, light and inexpensive adhesive tape for heat-shielding of a wire harness having excellent heat-resistance and handling-off property, capable of being only installed on a portion to be protected without requiring an installation space and being excellent workability. SOLUTION: The adhesive tape for heat-shielding of the wire harness is manufactured by providing an adhesive layer 4 comprising an acrylic based adhesive having a thickness of 0.01-0.1 mm on a surface of the cotton cloth 3 of a base material in which the cotton cloth 3 excellent in the hand-tearing property is stuck onto an aluminum foil 1 having a thickness of 0.006-0.1 mm by the adhesive.
