AUTOMATIC CUTTING APPARATUS

PURPOSE: An automatic cutting system is provided to prevent the separation of workpiece due to the centrifugal force of a cutting blade during cutting by holding jig devices clamping the workpiece in place. CONSTITUTION: An automatic cutting system comprises a frame(110), a chain conveyor(120), a plurality of jig devices(130), a cutting device(140), a chip conveyor(150), a hydraulic unit(160), and a control unit(180). The chain conveyer is installed on the frame. The jig devices clamp workpiece(111) and are installed on the chain conveyor to be transported by the chain conveyor. The cutting device cuts the clamped workpiece. The chip conveyor transfers the cut pieces. The hydraulic unit provides fluid pressure to the cutting device. The control unit controls the chain conveyer, the chip conveyor, the cutting device, and the hydraulic unit.
