A MANUFACTURE METHOD OF THE BLACK-GINSENG STEAMED RED

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of black-colored red ginseng is provided to improve portability of the black-colored red ginseng by preserving the shape of the black-colored red ginseng, and to increase beneficial effects of the red ginseng by steaming raw ginseng in honey. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of black-colored red ginseng includes the following steps: washing raw ginseng(1) with water; drying the raw ginseng for 10 hours in a temperature of 15°C~18°C; putting the raw ginseng on a bamboo mat after storing the dried raw ginseng in honey for 60 days; steaming the raw ginseng with vapor in 85°C~95°C for 60 hours; drying the raw ginseng for 60 hours in 55°C~65°C; and drying the ginseng for 20 days in 15°C~18°C to make the moisture content of 15% or less in the ginseng.
