<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detecting circuit capable of precisely detecting minute difference in capacitance values. <P>SOLUTION: A detecting circuit detecting the difference of capacitance values between the first capacitance and the second capacitance of a sensor includes: a first oscillator generating the first oscillation signal of frequency in response to the first capacitance; a second oscillator generating the second oscillation signal of frequency in response to the second capacitance; a first counter, bonded to the first oscillator, outputting the first count value in response to the first oscillation signal; a second counter, bonded to the second oscillator, outputting the second count value in response to the second oscillation signal; and an operating circuit, bonded to the first counter and the second counter, outputting the signal indicating the difference of the capacitance values based on the first count value and the second count value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
