<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure a partial discharge by safely and stably extracting a partial discharge signal in a UHF band from a gas insulated device. <P>SOLUTION: The gas insulated device includes: a high voltage conductor; a grounding metallic vessel housing the high voltage conductor and having the inside filled with an insulating gas; and an insulating spacer 40 fixed to be held by an end flange on the outer periphery side and formed to support the high voltage conductor on the inner periphery side. The insulating spacer 40 includes: an insulating part 4a; an internal electrode 5 supporting the high voltage conductor; and an internal shield 6 arranged to be embedded in the insulating part 4a and formed to surround the high voltage conductor. The gas insulated device further includes: rods 17b and 17c for grounding with one end electrically connected to the internal shield 6 and the other end extended to the outside of the insulating part 4a and grounded to the grounding metallic vessel 3 while having conductivity; and the rod 17a for measurement with one end electrically connected to the internal shield 6 and the other end extended to the outside of the insulating part 4a and connected to a spring 35 for connection while having conductivity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
