<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support analysis of a questionnaire result by utilizing a search result using a search engine on Internet. <P>SOLUTION: In a support device for analysis of the questionnaire result, a search word storing means 3 stores the search word with which search has been conducted at a specific search site by associating the search word with the search time and a search person's identification (ID) who has conducted the search. When a search word as a search condition is given, a determination means 4 extracts the search time of the search word from the search word storing means 3 for every search person's ID, classifies the extracted search time into a given number in order of time series, and determines the user specified by a respondent's ID associated with the search person's ID as the user in each section. A tabulation means 5 arranges each item of questionnaire reply information on a front head at a front side in cross tabulation on the items to which a relevant reply is made among questionnaire reply information stored in a reply information storing means 2, and cross tabulation of the number of persons in each item in each section is performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
