<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement connecting device capable of surely holding and connecting a straight bar reinforcement and an L-reinforcement in a predetermined orthogonal state and enabling easy and smooth connecting operation. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This reinforcement connection device 10 connects the straight bar reinforcement 104, which is installed horizontally and the L-reinforcement 106 having a vertical bar part 106a, which is an L-shape and vertically extending and a horizontal bar part 106b horizontally extending from the bottom end of the vertical bar part, while the straight bar reinforcement 104 is disposed at the L-corner 106c of the L-reinforcement, in such a manner that both the vertical bar part 106a and the horizontal bar part 106b of the L-reinforcement are orthogonal to the straight bar reinforcement 104. The reinforcement connecting device comprises a first hooking part 12, hooked to the straight bar reinforcement 104 and a second hooking part 14 which is connected to the first hooking part 12 and hooked to the vertical bar part 106a of the L-reinforcement and which holds the orthogonal state of the L-reinforcement 106 and the straight bar reinforcement 104, while preventing toppling of the L-reinforcement.
