PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor, a power management device and a program, for calculating used power for every user. SOLUTION: A user log generation part for a printer adds a user as one who uses warm-up necessary for operation going back to a time before use, as shown in a time zone 71, when a printer performs a job related to many users during re-transition to a sleep mode after transition of the sleep mode to a warm-up mode.
