PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stack-gas measuring apparatus and a stack-gas measuring method capable of continuously measuring stack-gas with high long-term stability even in a high-temperature fusion furnace or the like without being affected by dust components, acid mist, etc. contained in stack-gas. SOLUTION: The stack-gas measuring apparatus includes a sample introducing unit (including a sampling unit 1 and a heating conduit pipe 2) for introducing stack-gas, a cooling unit (including a wet filter WF1) in which dust components in the stack-gas are agglomerated, a filter column 3 containing a filter element made of a polymer material for collecting the dust components, a mist scrubber 5 which is disposed downstream of the filter column 3 and which contains an adsorbent for removing acid mist in the stack-gas, and an analyzer 7 in which the cleaning-processed gas is introduced to measure a particular component in the stack-gas.
