摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein detection of a state where the content of a storage tank has become "empty" is a detection method by bringing a sensor directly corresponding to the content in contact in a device used by supplying a material having flowability, an aging effect and a chemical change occur in the content having adhered to the sensor when the "empty" state is left as it is, and a change in the property adversely affects an object to be filled after that in many cases. SOLUTION: An intrinsically safe explosion-proof fluid sensor is a fluid sensor that is used for detecting "emptiness" in a storage tank fit into a supply path. The intrinsically safe explosion-proof fluid sensor includes: a main annular electrode 4; an annular insulator 9 made of a material having a low permittivity for covering the electrode; a housing 10 for holding the insulator 9 at the center; a fluid sensor 1 stuck to the housing 10 and connected to the annular electrode; and a resin tube 11 fit to the center of a pair of metal flanges 5 having ferrules for holding the insulator 9 and the housing 10.
