<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a moving image blur, while maintaining brightness of image. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An image signal processing circuit 170 performs dark display, indicated by hatched lines according to type in Fig. in sub-frames SFn2, SF(N+1)2 and SF(n+2)2.
