PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocatalyst coating composition for sealing which can be relatively easily coated directly on the sealing surface, can maintain a beautiful appearance of a good sealing periphery, and can be expected to exhibit a stable sealing function over a long period, in the case of using one or more of sealings of modified silicone, polyurethane, polyisobutylene, acryl, acrylicurethane, butyl rubber, polysulfide and modified polysulfide. SOLUTION: The photocatalyst is obtained by blending 1 to 30 wt.% of an organic resin binder, 5 to 30 wt.% of a fluororesin, 0.1 to 5 wt.% of a silane coupling agent, 0.1 to 5 wt.% of a photocatalyst particle, 10 to 50 wt.% of a solvent alcohol (one or more of methanol, ethanol and isopropyl alcohol), and 10 to 50 wt.% of solvent acetone (in weight ratio right before coating).
