<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a face sheet originated from plant ingredients, which comprises a poly-lactic acid resin as the main ingredient, wherein a means for preventing bio-degradation is conducted as possible, and wherein concurrently, (1) coating applicability of a poly-lactic acid resin to anorganic solvent type coating solution is high, (2) the transparency of a poly-lactic acid resin is high, (3) contraction/expansion property under heating is low, (4) flexibility is high and after-processability, such as, V-shaped cutting is high, and (5) adhesion among layers is strong. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A face sheet comprises at least a decorative layer and a three-layer structure keeping a thermoplastic resin layer (A), a polylactic acid resin layer and a thermoplastic resin layer (B) stacked, in this order, wherein the thermoplastic resin layer (A) and the thermoplastic resin layer (B) consist of a resin containing at least a polyester.
