The anchor (1) has a rod (10) with a hollow section (20) that is arranged in a borehole or recess, and another hollow section (30) that is arranged outside the borehole or recess. The sections have an inner lying channel that extends between the sections. A lateral surface (11) of the rod has an opening (22) provided for inner lying channel at one of the sections (20), and another opening (31) that is in connection to the inner lying channel at the other section (30). An offset recess (13) i.e. groove, is provided in the lateral surface of the rod and arranged in a circular manner. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing an anchor fixation at a wall or a ceiling of a building.
