PURPOSE: A flow metering valve which can keep a fixed flow rate is provided to reduce weight of a flow metering valve by forming the thickness of a sleeve which controls the flow rate of valve in thin. CONSTITUTION: A flow metering valve which can keep a fixed flow rate comprises a valve body(110), a first poppet(120), a second poppet(130), a sleeve(140), and a spool(150). A flow path is formed on the valve body. The first poppet is fixed inside the valve body. The first poppet comprises an inlet(121) in which the fluid flows and an outlet(123) which discharges the fluid. The second poppet is fixed inside the valve body. The spool is included between the first poppet and the second poppet in order to slide along the exterior of the first poppet and the second poppet. The spool is supported with the second poppet and slide using the pressure of the fluid which flows in the first poppet in order to control the area of the inlet of the second poppet.
