POLYISOCYANATE COMPOSITION AND TWO-PACK COATING COMPOSITION USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyisocyanate composition which is soluble in a low-polarity organic solvent as well as excellent in compatibility with a polyol compound and is capable of providing a coating excellent in solvent resistance and extensibility, and to provide a two-pack coating composition using the polyisocyanate composition.

SOLUTION: The polyisocyanate composition is obtained by urethanization of base polyisocyanate and polyetherpolyol, wherein the base polyisocyanate contains an allophanate group and an isocyanurate group so that allophanate group/isocyanurate group=80/20 to 30/70 (molar ratio) is met. The two-pack coating composition uses the polyisocyanate composition.
