<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent shortage of lubricating oil supplied to a lubricating oil passage arranged in a transmission even when a sufficient amount of lubricating oil is not scattered by transmission gears in a casing owing to low rotation speed of an engine. <P>SOLUTION: A lubricating structure for a transmission has: an axial hole 12b opened on one end of an input shaft 12 while being coaxially formed on the input shaft 12 supported in a casing 10; the lubricating oil passage 12a organized by the axial hole 12b and a radial hole 12c for interconnection with an outer peripheral surface in a position arranged on transmission gears 23a-26a while being radially formed on the input shaft 12; and a groove-shaped oil receiver 31 fixed on the casing 10 and inclined so as to cause an one end side of the input shaft 12 to be set as a lower side.
