PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide appropriate advertisement to a user while relating user's plan information to position information.

SOLUTION: An advertisement distribution server 10 connected to a mobile terminal 20 via a communication network 50 includes: a living area information receiving unit 101 for receiving and storing information on the living area of a user owning the mobile terminal 20; a plan information receiving unit 102 for receiving and storing information on the plan of the user owning the mobile terminal 20; an advertisement information determining unit 105 for determining advertisement information to be distributed based on the stored plan information when the position information acquired by the mobile terminal 20 matches the living area information stored, and for determining the advertisement information to be distributed based on the position information received when the position information received does not match the living area information stored; and an advertisement information distributing unit 106 for distributing the advertisement information determined by the advertisement information determining unit 105 to the mobile terminal 20.
