PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature controller for a thermostatic chamber, suppressing temperature rise of a heater-driving switching element to maintain high reliability for a long term. SOLUTION: The temperature controller for thermostatic chamber includes: a heating element heating a thermostatic chamber; a bridge circuit having a thermosensitive element wherein a resistance value changes by a temperature of the heating element; a detection circuit detecting an unbalance voltage of the bridge circuit; a PWM signal generation circuit generating a PWM signal corresponding to the unbalance voltage detected by the detection circuit; and a switching element having a current output terminal connected to the heating element, having a current input terminal connected to a power supply circuit, and driven based on the PWM signal generated by the PWM signal generation circuit.
