<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure made to a small size swinging device by reducing load by reducing a contact surface only at swinging. <P>SOLUTION: The drive wheel 4 is provided with a cylindrical wheel 5, a tire 6 is fitted to an outer peripheral surface of the wheel 5, and a transmission 7 of a gear group is built-in in the wheel 5. A motor shaft 20 of the electric motor 8, the output shaft 21 of the transmission 7 and the braking device 9 are arranged, by connecting an electric motor 8 to be input to the transmission 7, and connecting the wheel 5 and a braking device 9 to an output shaft 21 of the transmission 7.
