PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooperation controller capable of setting properly the use authority of a person existing in a room of a security area for equipment to be controlled. SOLUTION: A cooperation control system cooperates an entrance and exit management system 3 for managing an entrance and an exit in a security area according to an authentication result based on an entrance and exit authentication ID, and the equipment 2 to be controlled installed in the security area and having a function limit function by the cooperation controller 1, the cooperation controller 1 is provided with an entrance and exit information acquiring part 13 for acquiring information indicating the security area where a user exists in the room thereof, and the entrance and exit authentication ID from the entrance and exit management system 3, and an equipment authentication part 11 for receiving an authentication request including an equipment authentication ID from the equipment 2 to be controlled, and for function-limiting the equipment 2 to be controlled based on the authority of the user corresponding to the equipment authentication ID, and the equipment authentication part 11 changes the function limitation of the equipment 2 to be controlled for the authentication objective user based on the other user existing in the security area which is the same as that of the authentication objective user.
