摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical waveguide hybrid flexible wiring board which is thin and superior in flexibility and which can mount a semiconductor containing a photoelectric conversion element, and to provide a manufacturing method of the wiring board. SOLUTION: The optical waveguide hybrid flexible wiring board comprises: a first optical waveguide cladding 2; an electric conduction wiring pattern 3 and an optical waveguide core pattern 5 that are arranged on the first optical waveguide cladding; and a second optical waveguide cladding 6 that is formed in a manner enclosing, together with the first optical waveguide cladding, the optical waveguide core pattern and the electric conduction wiring pattern.
