PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique reducing urging force applied to a support shaft while ensuring required rotation torque regarding turning operation of a sun-visor body in a vehicle sun-visor. SOLUTION: The vehicle sun-visor in which the sun-visor body 103 is made turnable around the support shaft 105 has an urging and retaining member 121 for urging and retaining the support shaft 105 only at three areas regarding a circumferential direction of the support shaft 105. The urging and retaining member 121 is formed by bending-processing an integral leaf spring, and integrally has support shaft retaining areas 125a, 127a, 129a constituted by three areas covering an outer periphery of the support shaft 105, and an urging force generation area 123 left from the support shaft retaining areas 125a, 127a, 129a in a direction crossing a long axis direction of the support shaft by a predetermined distance.
