PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic adjustment device capable of easily making adjustment to desired acoustic characteristics by allowing the installation positions of a plurality of acoustic panels to be changed easily. SOLUTION: The acoustic adjustment device includes a plurality of the acoustic panels 2 having a cabinet 3 provided with an opening 8 and at least one sound absorbing member 4, 6 housed in the cabinet 3 and an attaching device 21 provided inside a room 1 for removably installing the sound absorption panels 2 in positions different from one another.
