PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of enhancing the efficiency of a diagnostic imaging using a CPR (Curved Multi-Planar Reconstruction) image. SOLUTION: A storage part 14 stores volume data regarding tubular structure. A core wire extraction part 162 extracts a core wire of the tubular structure included in the volume data. A CPR image generation part 164 generates data on a plurality of CPR images regarding a plurality of curved surfaces including the extracted core wire based on the volume data. A longest image specification part 184 specifies a CPR image having the longest image length from among the plurality of generated CPR images. A minimum inclination image specification part 188 specifies a CPR image including a core wire with the minimum inclination among the plurality of maximum inclinations calculated for a plurality of core wires included in the plurality of CPR images, respectively.
