摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a design period by optimizing the diameter size of each groove part of an armature shaft, using a computer. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Natural-vibration frequencies (PF) (primary-quartic) (ϕa-ϕn) calculated in a fifth step (S10) and high-frequency region frequencies (HF) (primary-quartic) calculated in a third step (S7) are compared with each other by a comparison part in a sixth step (S12-S15). An optimum diameter size (ϕs), in which the frequency difference is ≥70 Hz is determined so as to display the optimum diameter size (ϕs) on a display in a seventh step (S16). It is thus possible to optimize the diameter size (ϕ) of each groove part of an armature shaft, without having to manufacture a plurality of trial products, thereby significantly reducing a design period of a wiper motor.
