<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling system capable of achieving heat collection and discharge performance with a simple constitution. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The cooling system performs the circulation of cooling water to an engine and the circulation of the cooling water to a heat storage tank 4 having a heat insulation container 41, a first inner pipe 42 opening in a high position being a high temperature part in the heat insulation container 41 and a second inner pipe 43 opening in a low position being a low temperature part in the heat insulation container 41, by a common pump 3, and in this case, includes a switching valve 5 for switching a circulating passage, so as to supply the cooling water from the engine E to the second inner pipe 43 and supply the cooling water to the engine E from the first inner pipe 42 when supplying hot water, while supplying the cooling water from the engine E to the first inner pipe 42 and supplying the cooling water to the engine E from the second inner pipe 43 when collecting the hot water.
