The invention relates to a method for securing a cryptographic algorithm. The algorithm converts an input message into an output message. The method modifies the implementation of the algorithm without modifying the output message. The method comprises adding a permutation P onto the input message, the reverse permutation P-1 being applied at the end of the algorithm execution in order to obtain the output message, the inner operations of the algorithm being modified so as to handle the intermediate data in a permutated form. |
