The present invention is a laser treatment device which is designed to stimulate hair growth and prevent hair loss by applying LLLT (Low Level Laser Therapy) to the scalp using laser light of a specified wavelength. The laser treatment device also provides ultra-low frequency mechanical vibrations to the scalp and the combination of light and vibrations is designed to produce synergy. Laser light, which may be blocked by remaining hair, may nonetheless reach the scalp using light-emitting elements attached to the ends of tooth-shaped protrusions. The present laser treatment device is characterised by a bendable applicator having said tooth-shaped protrusions such that it can change shape in accordance with the curvature of the head, which increase the efficiency of light and vibrational energy delivery. The laser treatment device is optimally controlled with a means to measure the light and vibrational energy supplied to the scalp, and the applicator may also be used as a wearable headset, which provide greater simplicity in mounting and removal.
