PURPOSE: An organic thin film transistor display panel and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to effectively form a double layer of a source electrode and a drain electrode using a lift-off process or a shadow mask. CONSTITUTION: A gate line includes a gate electrode(133). A data line(171) includes a source electrode(173). A drain electrode(175) is spaced apart from the source electrode. A pixel electrode(191) is connected to the drain electrode. The data line and the drain electrode include a first data line(171p) and a first drain electrode(175p) including a metal and a second data line(171q) and a second drain electrode(175q) including a metal oxide.
