PURPOSE: An apparatus for forming a pattern using a laser is provided to control the brightness property of a light guide panel by differently controlling the length of light guiding patterns which are formed on a light guide panel. CONSTITUTION: A pattern storage part(210) stores data toward light guide patterns with intermittent linear shapes. A control part(220) transmits the position signal of the light guide patterns to an X-Y driving parts(242, 244). The control part transmits a switching signal to a laser oscillation part(230). The laser oscillation part outputs a laser beam which is synchronized with the movement of a header part(250) based on the switching signal. The X-Y driving part transfers the header part and a stage(260). The header part forms light guide patterns on the light guide panel. The stage fixed the light guide panel.
