Free exercise plate, which consists of the main basis (11), which carries the big bails-bearing ring (20), on top of which the circular plate moves (12), with pressure which comes during the exercise by the two independent pedals (13), which move on top of the small balls-bearing rings (21), the inclination of which (12,13) is controlled respectively and marginally by the big (25) and the two small (23) delimitation hoops in direct relation between them and the organ's resistance is generally adjusted by the friction pad (19), via a Bowden-cable (24). The relative free movement of the circular plate (12) and indirectly of the independent pedals (13) on the main basis (11), offers the ability of relative free though marginal movements to any possible direction and hence combination of various exercise methods, without the need of any modification of the organ, unless there is a wish to change exercise.
