摘要 PURPOSE: A method for preparing a titanium oxide nano-composite is provided to ensure excellent capacity and speed characteristic, and to increase energy and power of a lithium secondary battery and a hybrid capacitor. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a titanium oxide nano-composite comprises the steps of: mixing metal salt or oxide, or a mixture of carbon power with titanium oxide, and then stirring a mixed solution in which the mixture is added to a basic solution at a room temperature, wherein the metal is at least one or two selected from tin(Sn), zinc(Zn), nickel(Ni), cobalt(Co) and silicon(Si); reacting the mixed solution in an autoclave of 100~200 °C; and filtering the reactant, washing the resultant with 0.01~0.1 M hydrochloric acid, and drying the washed material to obtain a titanium oxide nanocomposite.
