PURPOSE: A phase difference film and a liquid crystal display including the same are provided, which obtain excellent mechanical property and optical clarity. CONSTITUTION: A phase difference film is prepared by: a step of preparing blend resin composition of the copolymer resin including acrylate copolymer resin which includes acrylic monomer except the alkyl methacrylate system monomer and alkyl methacrylate system monomer, resin which includes the aromatic ring or alicyclic ring, aromatic vinyl monomer, and acid anhydride group monomer; and a step of molding film using the resin composition.
