A communications antenna has a first electromagnetic radiating element which is tuned for working in a first frequency band, a second electromagnetic radiating element tuned for working a second frequency band, and a common structure used in common by the first- and second-electromagnetic radiation elements. The common structure has a common antenna structure, a common fixture structure, and a common grounding structure. A variety of antenna types may be employed, including dipole, patch, slot, and the like. |
