<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deal with mass production of battery for electric automobile. SOLUTION: A cell voltage inspection system for inspecting the voltage of each battery cell in a battery assembly where a large number of battery cells are contained in a battery box while being connected in series comprises a voltage detection circuit 42 for detecting the voltage between two terminalsϕ1,ϕ2 to be connected with the positive and negative electrodes 12, 14 of each battery cell and outputting an analog detection voltage signal Va, an A/D converter 44 for converting the detection voltage signal Va from the voltage detection circuit 42 into a digital voltage data Da, means 46 for deciding whether the voltage level of the detection voltage signal Va comes within a specified range, and means 48 for outputting a control signal Sa corresponding to the decision results Ca from the decision means 46. in this regard, a meter relay 50 is employed as a combination means of the voltage detection circuit 42 and the decision means 46.</p> |
