A method of restoration and strengthening of components, at which on the surface of welded wire by means of rollers with protrusions, which tightening force makes 0.15… 0.9 kN, cells of assigned shape 0.15… 0.25 mm deep are formed, with subsequent application on them of a thin uniform layer of adhesive, by means of rolls with elastic surface and filling the cells with powder with alloying constituents at passing through a bunker, with subsequent compaction in a calibration channel of nozzle and supply of welded wire through the electrode nozzle to the area of surface strengthening of the component. |
