A heat-exchange device of the breathing apparatus with chemically bound oxygen contains the cover and the body with the pipes for the face assembly located at the angles one to another, the regenerative cartridge, and the bag made of gas-permeable material mounted inside the cavity of the body of device between the pipes. The body of the device is designed as a cylindrical barrel with local thickenings of the wall inside the barrel shell as two opposite segments with longitudinal grooves. The symmetry axis of both segments is a bisector or the angle between the central axes of the pipes. The pack of the elements with the surfaced area is located in the grooves of the segments.
