BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT AND MANAGEMENT METHOD THEREOF USING MULTI-TOUCH USER INTERFACES

PURPOSE: A business process management system and a management method using a multi-contact recognition apparatus are provided to conveniently perform a work storing a job process stored in a digital equipment by defining the job process through multi-touch. CONSTITUTION: A business process management server(20) stores an analysis to various electronic equipments through Bluetooth technology and performs multi-touch recognition of all UI(User Interface). A station(10) comprises the moving wheel, the printer, a scanner and finger print recognition sensor. The finger print recognition sensor comprises a function of recording the contributor of the process improvement. User computers are connected through wired/wireless network(30).
