PURPOSE: An internet video phone with a financial settlement function is provided to prevent imposing of a communication fee due to credit settlement. CONSTITUTION: A settlement task performing module(145) collects credit card member information, purchase money information, and member store information. The settlement task performing module generates credit settlement approval request information. The settlement task performing module transmits the credit settlement approval request information to an external device through a communication interface unit(131). The settlement task performing module receives credit settlement approval information from the external device through the communication interface unit. The settlement task performing module performs completion of a credit payment approval.
