<p>PURPOSE: A plastic injector screw manufacturing method is provided to manufacture a screw in which intensification, abrasion resistance, anti-corrosive, heat resistance and strength are improved. CONSTITUTION: Steel materials comprises carbon 0.01~1.6%, chrome 0.2~13%, moly 0.2~5.2%, nickel 0.2~2.0%, vanadium 0.1~2.1%, tungsten 0.5~6.7%, and aluminum 0.7~1.2%(S1). A screw is tempered and grinded(S2,S3,S4,S5,S6). The screw is heated in a furnace at 510~590°C. Ammonia(NH3) ambient gas is inserted to be nitride. A diffusion layer and a compound layer are formed in an epidermal layer of the screw.</p> |
