Proposed furnace comprises panel walls, solid fuel and waste feed-in device, slag discharge device, air-distributing grid to burn solid fuels and wastes, air-distributing grid for slag after-burning, furnace shield arranged above said grids to divide said furnace into solids burning zone and slag after-burning zone, and rotary grid iron attached to slag after-burning air-distributing grid on the said of slag after-burning zone. Aforesaid furnace comprises rotary grid irons arranged in solids burning zone to divide it into solids preheating section, solids burning section and that of displacing slag into its after-burning zone. Peripheral parts of aforesaid grid irons can represent combs with tooth-to-tooth distance exceeding tooth width of combs arranged on adjacent rotary grid irons. Center-to-center distance of adjacent rotary grid irons can make less than half the sum of circumscribed circumferences of comb teeth. Rotary grid irons can be furnished with cooling water feed devices and can be coupled with their programmable rotation drive. Solids burning air-distributing grid surface, directed towards solids burning zone, can be curvilinear, for example it can represent a circle arc. Slag after-burning air-distributing grid, directed towards slag after-burning zone, can be curvilinear, for example it can represent a circle arc.
