PURPOSE: A transfer paper for soundproof, waterproof, or adiabatic sheet protection member and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to minimize failure rate generated in a manufacturing process and shorten manufacturing processes. CONSTITUTION: A transfer paper for soundproof, waterproof, or adiabatic sheet protection member comprises a base(10), peeling layers(20,30), and adhesive(40). The base is made of papers. The both sides of the base are coated with silicone resin emulsion. One side of the both sides of the base is lightly coated and the other side is heavily coated.
