<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic faucet having no limitation for the mounting of an automatic faucet with control valve and facilitating the operation of a control handle and the repair of a control valve or solenoid valve. SOLUTION: This automatic faucet has, within a body, a control valve part for regulating the mixing ratio of hot water, a solenoid valve part provided in the downstream of the control valve, a spout part provided in the downstream of the solenoid valve, a detection part for detecting a human body, and a control part for driving the solenoid valve part on the basis of this detection signal. The body is formed into a thick plate shape having a substantially rectangular side surface profile and a vertically long planar profile, and an open space part is provided on the rear side of the upper surface thereof. The control valve part and the solenoid valve part are vertically housed in the open space part from the rear in order and covered with a cover part so as to protrude the operation part of the control valve part from the cover part, and the spout part is provided on the upper part of the front surface of the body.</p> |
