A method for the treatment of sludge of sewage disposal plants comprises the treatment by high molecular polymer cation flocculant, additive, mixing and dewatering of sludge. As additive mixture of coagulant solution of polyaluminumchloride and calcium chloride, polymer reagent of polyoxyethylene glycol type at the rate of coagulant of 2-3 g/l of sludge and ratio to coagulant:calcium chloride 1.2:1 by weight, and polyoxyethylene glycol of PEG trade mark 400ratio to coagulant 0.5:1 by weight are used.
