A method for prevention of afteroperation complications in patients with indications to planned pulmonectomy comprises the preoperational occlusion of bronchial arteries on pulmonectomy side, which is suggested and treatment of bronchus remnant. The damaged lung is collaborated by introduction of bronchoobturators into lobar bronchus opening, starting from the lower one, and directly prior to the pulmonectomy the obturation of primary lung bronchus to be resected is carried out.
