PURPOSE: A food waste treatment apparatus is provided to reduce treatment processing time by cutting food waste to reduce the volume, and to dry incinerate the food waste from an upper and a lower units. CONSTITUTION: A food waste treatment apparatus comprises the following: a food waste inlet(11) and a controller(12); a drain hole(14) for drainage installed in one rear bottom of the opposite side of an exhaust pipe(13); a case(10) including a discharging hole(15); a crushing unit(20) crushing food waste with a roller to reduce the volume of the food waste; a fixed heating unit(30) dry incinerating the laminated food waste crushed into small pieces using radiant heat; an operational heating unit(40) dry incinerating the food waste by covering the top of the food waste using a driving force of a motor(M) while using the same heating method with the fixed heating unit; and a deodorizing filter(50) to deodorize smoke and a smell generated from the fixed heating unit and the operational heating unit.
