PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for displaying data in an image display device are provided to quickly supply desired information through the image display device. CONSTITUTION: A memory unit(150) stores data received from the outside according to viewing history information. A display module(132) displays data according to the user image display device received from the outside. A controller(140) turns on/off an image display device according to the viewing history information stored in the memory unit. The controller receives information data according to the pre-stored viewing history information before on time of the image display device. The controller stores the received information data in the memory unit. |
